I’ve been doing business coaching for about 8 years now, and in that time I’ve worked with around 350 business owners to discuss their challenges. I’m a “business mentor” with my regional government enterprise support group (Mayo LEO), as well as their neighbours (Galway LEO) and some other organisations, like the LEADER Company.

My approach to coaching is simple – I’ll listen to you describe the problem, while asking probing questions in a non-judgemental way, and then try to help you find the solution that best fits your situation. Coaching calls are 1 to 1 sessions on any aspect of your business  that you want to discuss – typically people come to me for marketing, positioning, pricing and sales help, but often there are other business issues I can give some help with, including operations and hiring subcontractors.

I provide a sounding board and feedback based on my years of experience. You will leave each session with business problems solved and full of practical actions that you can take to move your business forward.

  • I helped one client increase his annual revenue by over $130,000 that he attributes directly to our coaching sessions.

How It Works

Your Investment: 1-to-1 coaching is $1500/month. 

We can do one month, or several months – you choose.

You bring your biggest business or marketing challenges and questions, I’ll bring  answers and actionable advice to move you forward.

We’ll define a plan together, and I’ll help get you started. I will hold you accountable for doing the work.

  • We have a kickoff call for initial assessment
  • Accountability calls every other week for the duration
  • Direct 1:1 access to me via email, Skype and phone
  • You can contact me any time with questions.
  • I won’t always be available to answer calls, but I will reply within 24 hours and usually more like 90 minutes during business hours.
  • Structured assignments with due dates

Kick-off Video Call (90 minutes)

Before the kick-off call, you’ll share your biggest business or marketing challenges and questions with me via a questionnaire that lets me learn about your business, your needs, and how I can help the most.

On your call, we’ll dive deep into your business and answer your pressing questions.

Regular Coaching Calls (50 minutes, twice monthly)

Twice a month, we’ll have a 1-on-1 Video Call. On these 50-minute calls, we’ll discuss your goals, track your progress, and figure out the best next steps.


During your calls we’ll agree a number of goals that you will aim to complete before our next call. I’ll hold you accountable to your own plans.


If you get stuck along the way, you have unlimited access to email, message and even call me any time, and receive actionable advice promptly. I won’t always be available to answer calls, but I will reply within 24 hours and usually more like 90 minutes during business hours.

Availability is Limited 
I can only work with a small number of  1-to-1 clients at a time.
